Story of Lights at the Göcseji Village Museum – a Light Village Like You’ve Never Experienced Before
For the very first time, the picturesque Göcseji Village Museum in Zalaegerszeg transforms into a fascinating light exhibition. Story of Lights by Decoled invites you into a captivating world where thousands of lights blend with the charm of a traditional village.
Under the night sky, light sculptures of people, crafts, animals, and houses come to life, while glowing gates and tunnels open the way to the past in an entirely new form. Everyday village life of bygone times is reimagined through magical illuminated creations.
An unforgettable experience for both children and adults, where history merges with fantasy and the art of light. This is the Light Village Story of Lights – a truly exceptional outing that reveals the past as you have never seen it before.
The Only Light Open-Air Museum of Its Kind in Hungary
Imagine a place where history and fantasy meet beneath the starry night sky. The backdrop of a traditional village transforms after sunset into a magical stage, where illuminated sculptures of people, animals, and traditional crafts shine brightly. Every corner comes alive in a play of light and shadow, making you feel as if you have stepped into a fairytale.
